We are seeking a driven, autonomous, and detail-oriented professional to join our client’s team remotely as a Data Entry & Content Formatting Specialist.

100% Remote (Monday – Friday)

Qualifications

Mandatory

  • Detail-Oriented Mindset: Exceptional organizational skills with a natural ability to spot inconsistencies that others might miss.
  • Data Expertise: Proven experience in data entry or data management, with a high level of comfort handling large volumes of information.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced command of Excel or Google Sheets for managing and reformatting complex datasets.
  • Visual Literacy: A strong eye for formatting and layout consistency to ensure high-quality content presentation.
  • Effective Communicator: Ability to collaborate successfully within a remote team environment, maintaining clear and proactive communication.
  • Process-Driven: Comfortable following specific guidelines while maintaining speed and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

What you’ll do

 

  • Data Orchestration: Manage, input, and organize deal information within their proprietary platform, ensuring the system remains a reliable source of truth.
  • Precision Migration: Transfer and reformat data from Excel into their internal application with a focus on absolute accuracy and completeness.
  • Content Refining: Handle both structured and unstructured data, ensuring every required field is correctly populated and categorized.
  • Visual Excellence: Fine-tune layout elements—including tables, font sizes, and row heights—to deliver visually consistent and professional-grade presentations.
  • Quality Assurance: Execute rigorous QC checks to guarantee that all content aligns with client requirements, brand standards, and internal formatting guidelines.
  • Proactive Collaboration: Work closely with analysts to ensure seamless project delivery, seeking clarification whenever needed to maintain high standards.
  • Iterative Support: Update and revise platform content based on client feedback to ensure final deliverables are flawless.

Contract & Perks
  • Compensation: $1,000 – $1,300 USD monthly package.

Step 3: Interview Prep & Hiring Company Disclosure 

  • What you’ll do: If you’ve successfully advanced to the preselection stage, we’ll share the hiring company’s information, along with all the relevant materials you need to prepare for your interviews. We’ll also offer a feedback and prep call to ensure you’re ready to make your best impression.

  • Goal: To ensure you are fully prepared and confident for the next stage.

Step 4: Hiring Company Interviews & Assessment

  • What you’ll do:
    • Interview 1: Meet with a Director from the hiring company to discuss the role and your experience.
    • Interview 2: Meet with the LatAm Team Lead for the position.
    • Skills Assessment: If the interview goes well, you’ll complete a role-related assessment to demonstrate your skills in a real-life scenario.
  • Who is involved: Hiring Company
  • Goal: To evaluate your skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Step 5: Final Review & Offer

  • What you’ll do: The interviewers will meet to review your profile and calibrate their evaluations.
  • Goal: To make a final decision. Upon a successful outcome, we’ll contact you to extend an offer letter with all the details.

Step 6: References & Background Check

  • What you’ll do: Provide professional references.
