The Commercial Real Estate Analyst will be a key player in this technological shift, serving as the bridge between raw data and polished client deliverables. Your responsibilities will include leveraging the company’s AI platform to produce professional Offering Memorandums (OMs), Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs), and Loan Packages. You will also conduct market research and execute quality assurance to ensure every deliverable meets the highest standards.
This professional will guide the creation of data-driven materials for clients, ensuring they are not only accurate but also of the highest quality. Qualifications
Mandatory
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in real estate analysis, financial modeling, or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, with daily use in previous positions.
- Proficiency in creating presentations using PowerPoint or Canva.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Market Familiarity: Previous experience working for a U.S.-based company is required.
- Work Ethic: A self-starter who is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.

What you’ll do
- Deal Materials: Design and build high-quality, professional Offering Memorandums (OMs), Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs), and Loan Packages using the client’s AI-powered platform.
- Data Integration: Extract and integrate key information from Excel models, PDFs, and other supporting documents into the application to create the deliverables.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough analysis of real estate markets, trends, and comparable transactions (comps) to support deal preparation.
- Process Improvement: Leverage the company’s tools to streamline processes, reduce manual tasks, improve efficiency, and ensure prompt delivery of results.
Contract & Perks
- Compensation: $1,200 – $1,300 USD monthly package.
- Paid time off (PTO): 10 days per calendar year.
- Contract: Independent contractor agreement with an initial 12-month term and a 30-day trial period.

Step 4: Hiring Company Interviews & Assessment
- What you’ll do:
- Interview 1: Meet with a Director from the hiring company to discuss the role and your experience.
- Interview 2: Meet with the LatAm Team Lead for the position.
- Skills Assessment: If the interview goes well, you’ll complete a role-related assessment to demonstrate your skills in a real-life scenario.

- Goal: To evaluate your skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Step 5: Final Review & Offer
- What you’ll do: The interviewers will meet to review your profile and calibrate their evaluations.
